El objetivo del proyecto es identificar si hay mercado europeo para establecer un servicio de consultoria a restaurantes. El servicio es una guía de directrices para diseño y remodelación sostenibles de restaurantes teniendo en cuenta el consumo energético, las condiciones ambientales y confort del usuario/rendimiento de los empleados. Para ello, se está realizando un workshop con potenciales clientes. El proyecto cuenta con la base metodológica de Smart and Sustainable Offices (Climate KIC).
The aim of the project is to identify if there is a European market to establish and commercialize a consultancy service to make restaurants smart and sustainable. The service will be the implementation of guidelines for smart and sustainable design of new restaurants as well as the renovation of existing ones, taking into account energy efficiency, indoor environmental conditions and comfort of clients. To this end, the partners conducted a workshop with potential clients in order to identify their barriers and needs with respect to the consultancy service. The project takes as starting point the methodological bases of Smart and Sustainable Offices project (Climate KIC).
